Step 1:
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari (square with an arrow pointing up).
Step 2:
Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
Step 3:
Tap Add in the top-right corner. You can rename the icon if you like.
That's it!
